Applying to FishCAST
FishCAST is not a degree-granting program, it is a research and training program. Applicants interested in the FishCAST program must also apply for entrance or have already been accepted into a graduate program at one of our participating universities with a FishCAST supervisor.
Participating universities include University of Windsor, Western University, Carleton University, University of Waterloo, Université du Québec à Rimouski, University of Manitoba, and University of Toronto.
FishCAST provides job-ready training to prepare you to go into one of the following career pathways:
Applied Research (e.g., Industry)
Policy/Applied Research (e.g., NGO, Government, Community)
Pure Research (e.g., Academia)
Interested applicants should submit their application to fishcast@uwindsor.ca and include both of the following:
FishCAST Undergraduate Trainee Application Form
FishCAST Graduate Trainee Application Form
FishCAST Internship Confirmation Form (only required for Graduate Trainees)
